Good morning!

It’s so good to have you here for worship today.

As we continue to cover the life of Jesus in
2024, today’s sermon takes us to the time Jesus was baptized. Many people are often confused as to why Jesus was baptized. He wasn’t a sinner so he had nothing from which to repent. He wasn’t having to rededicate his life. Jesus, our sinless savior. So, why baptism? We will learn why today.

We’ll also learn why God calls us to be baptized as a response to our faith. This step in faith can be a confusing one, so hopefully we’ll be able to come to a greater understanding as to the importance and meaning of baptism.
