WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON SUNDAYS?
The First Baptist Moncks Corner family is committed to verse-by-verse teaching, approachable and authentic worship, community discipleship, and global missions. Behind the red bricks and white columns is a group of people just like you who have been transformed by Jesus.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Please don't feel obligated to "dress up" for worship on Sundays. We are a multi-generational church, so you'll see everything from a suit and tie to blue-jeans.
PARKING
We provide parking for our guests to the left of our main building (the side nearest the intersection of Main Street and Live Oak Drive). Our building has several other entrances, and you are welcome to use any of them as well.
For Your Kids

Our nursery is available for children three years old and younger. Care is available during both worship services and Sunday School. Our nursery is staffed by friendly and well-equipped volunteers who are eager to provide the best care possible for your child. Please register your child before Sunday to ensure their space in the nursery.

When you arrive at our Welcome Center, a member of our First Impressions help you determine the best place for your kids to go based on their age and your preference. He or she will also help you check your child(ren) in to our security system and provide you with a sticker. This sticker is what you'll need when you pick your child up later on.
During our 9:45 Bible Study hour, we offer Sunday School classes for them in our First Kids area. It is located on the second floor. Bible Study classes usually dismiss at 10:45am, and you will use your security sticker to pick your child up at that time.
During the 11am Contemporary Service, all K5 through 5th grade kids begin the hour by worshiping with us in the sanctuary. During the school year they are dismissed to First Kids Worship just before the sermon. FirstKids Worship is a fun, lively environment where your kids will sing together and learn a story from the Bible. Pickup is on the second floor in the First Kids Worship room following the service. You will need to show your security sticker at that time.
Note: FirstKids Worship is not required. If you prefer that your kids sit with you during the entire worship service, that is fine, too!

First Students is our dynamic ministry for students in 6th through 12th grade. They meet for Bible Study on Sundays at 9:45am in the First Students room, which is located on the second floor of our building. They also meet on Wednesday nights during the school year from 6:00-7:30pm, and for various events throughout the year.
WHAT SAFETY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE?
A rotation of officers from the Moncks Corner Police Department monitor our sanctuary during services. For your peace of mind and the safety of your children, all of our nursery and First Kids workers are screened for a nationwide criminal background check.
