Good morning — it’s so good to have you here today!
This is a special Sunday as we observe the Lord’s Supper, a sacred time for baptized believers to reflect on their profession of faith and take spiritual inventory. As you partake, ask the Lord to search your heart. If there is any sin, confess it and seek His forgiveness. Ask Him for a clean and pure heart. Let this be a moment of spiritual renewal — and remember Paul’s words in 1 Corinthians 11:27–32: Do not eat or drink in an unworthy manner.
Today is also special as we say thank you and farewell to our facility manager, Alex Carswell — not farewell from the church or community, but from his staff position. After more than 10 years of faithful service, Alex is stepping down to enjoy retirement and spend more time with his family. We are deeply grateful for his dedication and service to the Lord and to this body. If you’d like to thank him personally, he’ll be in the Welcome Center after the service.
Now, let’s take a moment to prepare our hearts for worship.
