• A Message From Dr. Charlie Wallace

  Happy Sunday!
  I'm so glad you braved the elements to get here this morning as we continue our sermon series about unity. Today we will be learning about the common elements of unity that bind Christians together. These things are not what the world advocates as unifying. The things that unify God's people are of God, by God and for God's glory and our good. The world will often offer up cheap substitutions by they all pale in comparison to the wisdom of God that he offers believers.

  If you have been worshiping with us and have not yet attended our First Steps class, I'd love for you to join us next Sunday. It is a time where you will learn what our church believes, as well as a time to get to meet some of the pastors and staff. I love to be able to hear what brought you to our church, and more of your stories. It is a "unifying" as we hear how God brings people of diverse backgrounds together in Christian community via the local church.

  Let's take some time to focus our hearts on minds to worship Jesus this morning.
