Happy Sunday!
What a crazy week we’ve had! I pray you and your family stayed safe this week with Tropical Storm Debby. She definitely took her time coming through our town. Please be in prayer for the people who work at our local businesses who took damage.
Let’s also be in prayer as our schools get started this week. Let’s pray for our students, teachers, and administrators as they get set to kick off a new school year. Let’s pray that this year will be the most successful one they’ve all had yet and that they will have the opportunity to give glory to God and share their faith with their peers.
Finally, today we are having our First Steps New Member class. We have a free lunch from Slim Chickens and also childcare available. If you are thinking about membership or looking to join, I’d love to see you there today at 12:15 after our second worship service. It’s a great time to get to know people better and hear about our church.
