Happy Sunday!
I trust you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. While not a Christian holiday, Thanksgiving is a natural time for believers to give thanks to God for the blessings we have received from Him. He owns the cattle on a thousand hills. Therefore, every good thing we have comes from the Father of Lights. If you haven’t yet given to our Thanksgiving offering, you can still do so today. God will bless you for your obedience and commitment. Your sacrifices are a pleasing aroma to Him.
Today we are looking at a passage that shows a Christ-follower named Mary Magdalene weeping over the death of Jesus. Not only had her Savior died, she thought his body had been stolen. But as we will see, she missed the reality of the situation. Many times as we follow Jesus in our own lives, we miss where He is. We miss how He’s working and we miss when He’s directly involved. Today, we’ll see how we can be careful not to miss His work.
