Meet This Week’s Guest Speaker, Dr. Tony Wolfe

Dr. Wolfe is the Executive Director-Treasurer of the South Carolina Baptist Convention. He holds degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, and Lamar University and is currently in the final stages of earning a Ph.D. in Evangelism from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, researching confessionalism and cooperation in Baptist history from 1609-1925. Tony has published several books and is a regular contributor to Lifeway’s Deacon Magazine, the Baptist Courier, and Baptist Press. He and Vanessa were married in 2001 and have two sons and a daughter- in-law, all of whom they are very proud. Dr. Wolfe’s passion is to see likeminded Baptist churches cooperate joyfully and sacrificially to advance the Great Commission in their neighborhoods and to the nations.
